Design & Engineering
The key to great timber work is designing a project that is both aesthetically pleasing and structurally functional. After 35 years we are quite knowledgeable about timber construction. The process starts when we work with you and your existing plans or specifications to develop 3D timber concept drawings. Once a design is chosen we produce detailed shop drawings. Shop drawings, which include joinery, are used by us in fabrication but are also useful for your local building department and contractors. When the design requires structural engineering, we work closely with one of North America’s top timber engineering firms. We can design, build and provide an engineer stamp on your product.
